This delicious Chardonnay was born from a huge long term investment undertaken by Peter Cooper in the Bay of Islands. Full bodied and mouthfilling, it displays stonefruits intermixed with creamy barrel-ferment and nutty complexity. The mouthfeel retains some freshness thanks to some citrussy notes and underlying acid line. Classy!
