What is your shipping policy?

Freight times given are an approximate guide only and Point Wines cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Couriers may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays may also occur due to stock levels.

Approximate delivery times:

  • North Island: Next working day for orders placed before 3pm.
  • South Island: 2 working days for orders placed before 3pm.
  • Please allow an additional 1-2 days for all rural deliveries.

 

Can I get a refund?

At Point Wines, we pride ourselves on our products and the “personal-touch” that we like to add to all orders. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will remedy the problem straight away.

  • If you buy a wine and it is corked we will happily replace, refund or swap the bottle.
  • If your delivery has been damaged we will happily replace it or refund it. (Please note we need you to report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery).
  • If you buy a wine and it is not to your complete satisfaction then we will happily swap the remaining bottles for another wine.
  • To cancel a transaction please contact Point Wines immediately by phone on 09 480 9463 or email orders@pointwines.co.nz.
  • Point Wines will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
