Adam Balasoglou will be hosting the tasting. He is in sales, marketing, and is a winemaker as well. Before wine he was introduced into the culinary world, Adam cooked and imbibed his way through France, Italy, and Spain, which culminated in the opening of his restaurant in London. When he returned home he transferred his passion for food and wine into fine wine distribution. Adam now lives on site at the winery, where he offers wine tours, and shares his passion with anyone who wishes to drop by!
